3. Delivery Terms

• Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at question@jghscooter.com.

• The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when either you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If the carrier was chosen by you, and that carrier was not offered by us, the risk is transferred when the product is handed over to the carrier.

• If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our return policy.
