The warranty would be registered automatically when date the customer receives the scooter, During our warranty period, if you experience any problems with the construction or mechanical features of your e-scooter, please contact question@jghscooter.com to start the warranty claim process. Our team will work with you to determine the proper solution to the issue and the best way to come to a proper fix.
If your e-scooter experiences any damages due to part quality issues, JGH will send the proper replacement part for repair along with the guide to safely replace the part in question.
